Our staff have worked hard to encourage the workforce of the future this year, ranging from sixth form student to clinical placements from Canterbury Christchurch University.
Students have enjoyed 80 days of shadowing and practical experience, while looking to enter the world of healthcare in various areas, ranging from clinical pharmacists and paramedics, to nurses, and support workers.
The feedback form students themselves has been very rewarding. The experiences have helped the students to see our staff working in practice and supporting patients out in the community, in their own homes.
